Our memberships have a minimum 3 month commitment! Our memberships are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime after the first 3 month commitment by calling our office.

All memberships are non-transferable.

Quick answer, no. We do not offer stacking or roll overs for our memberships. The reason we do not allow stacking/rollovers is for your benefit. It keeps you on a routine for your self-care!
We do offer freezes (free of charge) for our members if you’re unable to make it in. Please note, we must freeze before your membership is pulled out. (limited to 2 months per calendar year).
