9am – 6pm Monday-Saturday
10am – 4pm Sunday
Arrival
Your appointment time is the start time of your treatment. With that, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment to allow for a leisurely check-in. We regret to inform you that late arrivals will result in abbreviated service or considered a no-show. Please see the no-show/cancellation policy below.
Appointments
Please inform us of any medical conditions or other special needs that require our attention before your scheduled appointment.
Booking
We require a valid card number to be on file for scheduling an appointment. You can use cash or a different form of payment during checkout. There is a 2.95% service charge that is applied at checkout when using a debit or credit card.
Tardiness
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the scheduled time to accommodate late arrivals. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your card will be charged 100% for the scheduled services.
Cancellation
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or your card will be charged 50% of the service scheduled if canceled less than 24 hours notice.
No-show
If you do not show up to your appointment, your card will be charged 100% for the scheduled services.
Sickness
Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition.
Considerations
To preserve our tranquil environment, The Spa is a cell phone and smoke free environment. We provide light refreshments to our guest.
Valuables
Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables in The Spa. We are not responsible for any items that are left, lost or stolen.
Membership
Memberships are a monthly commitment and can be canceled at anytime. Stacking of packages will not be available for any memberships and are non-transferrable.
Misconduct
Sexual misconduct of any kind is strictly prohibited at our spa. We maintain a safe and respectful environment for all our guests and staff. If sexual misconduct happens during service, service will be terminated and you will be charged 100% of service.
