  • Monday - Saturday: 9am-6pm

    Sundays: 10am-4pm

    Closed: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day. *Some holidays earlier closure.

  • To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with an advance notice or at the conclusion of your last appointment time. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations.

    All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice.

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

    There is a 2.95% service charge that is applied at check out when using a credit card.

    Please note: Sexual misconduct of any kind is strictly prohibited at our spa. We maintain a safe and respectful environment for all our guests and staff. If sexual misconduct happens during service, service will be terminated and you will be charged 100% of service.

  • Your appointment time is the start time of your treatment. With that, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment time to allow for a leisurely check-in. We regret to inform you that late arrivals will result in abbreviated service or considered a no-show. Please see the no-show/cancellation policy below.

  • Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Magnolia Spa Gift Cards

    Gift cards are available for purchase at our location and online. They can only be redeemed for purchasing products or services.

    Gift Cards

    Non-Refundable:

    All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned for cash or refunded under any circumstances.

    Lost or Stolen Gift Cards:‍ ‍

    We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. If a gift card is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced, and the remaining balance will not be refunded.

    Expiration Date:

    Our gift cards do not have an expiration date, so customers can use the balance at any time.

    Balance Inquiry:

    Customers can check their gift card balance at any time by visiting our website or in-store.

    Customer Service:‍ ‍

    For any questions regarding gift card use or balance inquiries, customers can contact our customer service team. This policy ensures that customers are fully informed about the terms and conditions related to gift cards, emphasizing that they do not expire and cannot be refunded.

  • Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.

    Cancellations or Rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total booked services.

    We understand that unexpected circumstances, such as illness, can arise and may prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. However, to maintain the fairness and integrity of our booking process, we have implemented a cancellation policy that requires a fee for all late cancellations, late rescheduling and no-shows.

  • Tardiness

    Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the scheduled time to accommodate late arrivals. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, will be consider a No-Show and your card will be charged 100% for the scheduled services.

    No-Show

    A No-Show is defined as either not attending the scheduled service or having you or your guests arrive 15 minutes late to the first scheduled appointment. In the case of a No- Show, your card will be charged 100% of the entire services scheduled.

  • Memberships are a monthly commitment with a 3 month minimum. These can be canceled at anytime after the 3 month minimum.

    Memberships do not rollover each month and are non-transferrable.

  • To preserve our tranquil environment, The Spa is a cell phone and smoke free environment. We provide light refreshments to our guest.

    Massage: Clients 15 years old and younger must have a parent or legal guardian present in the room during the entire massage session. Clients aged 16 and 17 must have a parent or legal guardian on the premises (in the building) for the duration of the appointment.

    Facial: Guests aged 17 and younger may receive a facial if a parent/guardian is present with them at a spa (re: in another service or in the relaxation room). The parent/guardian must check in with the minor and stay at the spa for the duration of the minor's service.

    All clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent prior to receiving any services.

  • All sales are final. We do not accept product returns, whether opened or unopened.
